West-facing glass received intense sun and reflected marina glare. Cooling struggled, while conventional blinds moved when balcony doors were open.
The solution
Exterior ZIP screens intercept heat before the glass. Low-profile roller blinds add glare control, aligned to mullions and automated by orientation.
